Generally, orders will be deposited into your recipient account within 1-2 business days after it has hit "In-Transit". This delivery time will be impacted by holidays in the sending and receiving country.
Transactions made within 2 business days prior to the holiday date may be impacted and delayed if these requirements below are not met:
- the full payment is not reflected in our account;
- the relevant supporting documents are not submitted/ have not passed all Compliance checks
The processing of these transactions will only resume the next business day.
