Generally, we only support bank-to-bank transfers. As such, both sender and recipient are required to have a bank account in both sending and receiving destinations.
However, for certain countries, we are also able to transfer to digital wallets, e.g. Alipay! Kindly note this is only limited to selected countries and currencies. You will be able to see the options when you create your recipient account. See How to add Recipient Accounts
