How to update renewed documents
Once your documents have expired, this means you will be prompted to upload your renewed VISA/ Passport before you can proceed to transact on our platform. Kindly note that the submission of these valid IDs is part of mandatory requirements.
You should be prompted to upload your new documents once you log into MoneyMatch. Kindly note:
- You need to upload an image of your ID documents (i.e. in JPEG format)
- There should be no flash obstructing details of your ID documents
- The image should be a clear picture of your original/ valid ID documents
Your documents will be reviewed, and our compliance team will reach out if additional clarifications are required.
Where you have no access to your original/valid ID documents, kindly note that unfortunately we are not able to accommodate in such circumstances and can only wait for you to have access and provide the documents according to the requirements as indicated above.

My VISA is not renewed as I have left Brunei, however, I still have funds left in Brunei to be transferred to my home country! What do I do?
